Erika, I love your self-acceptance and the pleasures you find in your life. Sounds like a very full life, too! Panic attacks are the worst, though! I remember when I used to have them, and one thing that really helped was a really old book called Hope and Help for Your Nerves by Dr. Claire Weeks. I don’t know why that book helped me so much, but it did. Anyway, thanks for your post and transparency. I’m sure a lot of people can relate.
