Decades ago when I was a flight attendant, the fattest twins in the world traveled with us. (literally true. They were in the Guiness Book of World Records). They each had a bulkhead row. They took up two seats each and their skinny wives sat on the outside seats. When we brought them their breakfast, they said, "We paid for two seats so we get two breakfasts." So we gave them two breakfasts.
