Congratulations, Tony! I've been around a while, since 2017, and still love writing on Medium. I'd like to see a real emphasis on quality journalism and blogging, so would reinstate one of Medium's early features, would placed some select articles based on excellence across the banner page.

To discourage a plethora of articles about Medium, I would de-monitize these stories.

To ensure a diverse pool of readers and writers, I would tone down the leftist slant by including more conversative voices.

Continuing monetization based on read time is a good idea, and I'd love to see the bonuses reinstated. (Of course, who wouldn't?)

Constant platform changes are disconcerting, so I would try to stabilize things a bit.
