And you didn't even mention the hurricanes! I have a lot of friends who love Florida, bur it's too hot and humid. I need seasons. But on the other hand, Minnesota where my sons family lives is way too Cold. My happy place is South Carolina. Seasons, lakes, mountains, and traffic isn't bad.
