Actually medication is very cheap for older people in the US like me, who are on medicare, which is our government health insurance for those over 65. I'm not much of an advocate for medicines, but certainly wanted to share what has worked for me. Of course you're right, there's on one size fits all. But I do believe we need to research and take control of our health decisions.
